IV SLMFCE Postgraduate Conference
DONOSTIA-SAN SEBASTIÁN 2019

GENERAL INFORMATION

The IV SLMFCE Postgraduate Conference of the Society for Logic, Methodology and Philosophy of Science in Spain (SLMFCE) will take place in Donostia-San Sebastián the 6th and 7th of June, 2019. Previous editions took place in Granada (2010), Sevilla (2013) and Valencia (2016).

​

The aim of this conference is to gather young researchers to explore proposals within the Topic Domains of interest of the Society, which include: a) Logic, reasoning and argumentation; b) General Philosophy of Science, c) History of science, d) Philosophy of Particular Sciences (including Physics, Chemistry, Life Sciences, Biomedicine, Cognitive Sciences, Social Sciences, Medicine, Mathematics), e) STS Science & Technology Studies, f) Philosophy of Language, g) Philosophy of Mind.

The call is addressed to researchers engaged in their Master and Doctorate Studies,  as well as to those who presented their Dissertation in the last three years in the domains mentioned above.
